Symbols: From the Battle Flag and the Lee Monuments to the Complete
Transformation of Our Culture
Friends,
Today
I pass on several more items regarding the ongoing campaign by the cultural
Marxists and their allies, minions and hangers-on—that is, various Democrats,
most media types, Hollywood and some Republicans and (Neo)conservatives—to take
down, remove, or relocate in some manner or form Confederate and other monuments.
In earlier essays, it was documented that this effort to remove Confederate
symbols is seen by the crazed and convulsed proponents of such action as just a
first step. Actually, as is becoming patently
clear, the current initiatives are part and parcel of a very precise strategy
outlined by the cultural Marxists: Confederate monuments, symbols, flags and
memorials are seen by them as the most vulnerable, the easiest targets,
enabling the hardcore zealots, the far left radicals of such groups as the
Communist Workers’ World Party, to enlist broader support, including from many
establishment Democrats and Neoconservative and GOP figures, for whom the
Confederacy and its leaders, was an experiment in treason.
Despite
various obstinately naïve or fearful-of-their-increasingly-leftist base
politicians (e.g., Governor Roy Cooper of North Carolina) who mouth Leftist
slogans, the realization should and must be that the issue here is not actually
slavery, nor even the supposed “Jim Crow” rationale adduced by the Left for
erecting those monuments. Yes, race and supposed “racism” are at the heart of
the reasons formally presented why
the monuments should come down, just as the attributed “pain and suffering”
that black Americans purportedly “suffer” every time they happen to walk past a
statue to Robert E. Lee or see a Confederate Battle Flag.
But
even more significant and fundamental is the role such accusations of “racism,”
as well as, to a slightly lesser degree, “sexism,” play in the long range and
multifaceted campaign to infiltrate, subvert and transform what is left of the
American republic. In a sense “race” and “sex” form two heads of the many
headed Hydra monster, that demon “Equality,” and the fanatical and quasi-religious
zeal to achieve it. And that zeal and unbridled passion and desire for
“Equality” is what we hear everywhere,
not just from the Left but also from the supposed “conservatives” and GOP on
the pseudo-right.
From
the culturally Marxist Left it involves wiping out the historical “oppression”
of the dominant European Americans, of undoing and destroying “white supremacy”
(which is identified with Naziism, the Klan, etc.), and compensating minorities
for that oppression. For the Neoconservatives (who control the “conservative
movement”) and Republican leadership it is fulfilling the “goals of the
Declaration of Independence,” that is, that “all men are created equal,” which
means accepting the general template of broadening “rights,” reducing “barriers”
between races and sexes. In other words, perhaps not as “radical” or perhaps
not achieving their goals as rapidly as their supposed opponents on the far
Left, but essentially they share the same
posited objective: “equality.”
This
is a major reason that when it comes to Confederate monuments, the Neocon
pundits and writers at National Review
and The Weekly Standard, or on Fox,
have real difficulty defending them. Those Confederates, you see, “rebelled”
against the Federal union headed by the sainted and martyred Abraham Lincoln.
They held slaves, and they did not believe in equality. Why, they even went so
far as to suggest that the Framers’ old American republic, itself, was set up
to guaranteed inequality!
We
come back to the brilliant strategy of the cultural Marxists: those Confederate
monuments are the most noticeable and most visible targets, the easiest ones to
attract broader support for their removal. And, to some degree, they have had
success—helped along by such incidents as the Dylan Roof’s attacks in South
Carolina, always such incidents being used by the Mainstream Media and their
political allies as a cudgel to advance their ultimate aims.
The
sights of the Left include practically all of American culture, that is, of
American culture that in any way owes its origin to our country’s historic European
and Christian roots. Thus, not just those monuments and symbols honoring Lee
and Jefferson Davis are targeted, but increasingly symbols of and monuments to
George Washington, Andrew Jackson and Thomas Jefferson, to Christopher
Columbus, names of schools, highways, even towns and parks, are in the cross
hairs.
And,
deeper and more profoundly, this process proceeds apace with the educational
subversion and rewriting of our history and the narrative that informs our very
thinking. The goal is, very simply, the ritual purification and transformation
of Western Christian civilization and culture, and its replacement by a Marxist
“regime of equality,” with a “New Man” freed from the shackles of Western
tradition and religion, with individuals stripped of the encrustations of
racial and sexual differences, “liberated” from social conventions that
hitherto fit them into place and time.
It
is no exaggeration to call this what it actually is: satanic. I cannot think of
a more apt description, for it expresses the real, fanatical and revolutionary
compulsion and desire to destroy human nature, itself. For human nature was created by God and it
must conform to the laws of Nature; and since mankind is stained with Original
Sin—is flawed—in Christian teaching, it
is only through God’s grace that men may be redeemed.
Cultural
Marxism and its allies—wittingly or unwittingly—including Modernist
“Christians,” have, in fact, rejected that fundamental teaching of
Christianity, replacing it with a de facto “finding our salvation by
establishing equality and ‘social justice’ on earth” template of belief.
This,
then, is our Enemy, and it includes some men of “good intentions” who sincerely
believe they are “doing good,” but are, in reality, serving Evil. They must be,
on every level, opposed, converted if possible, or, if not, then defeated and
sent on to the Gehenna they so richly merit.
Today,
then, three items. The first is a short news report detailing the remarks of the
Senior Hungarian Minister of Energy, blasting the revolutionary efforts—he
calls them “satanic”—of billionaire globalist Marxist George Soros to
destabilize and subvert not just the anti-illegal immigrant, pro-traditional
Christian Hungarian government of Viktor Orban, but to destroy traditional
Christianity, itself. Soros is the international money bags for hundreds,
perhaps thousands, of demonstrations and attempted revolutions against our
traditions worldwide, and his filthy hands can be seen in his support for the
roving bands of radicals who show up at most Confederate monuments to
demonstrate against them and against “racism.”
The
next two items deal specifically with the campaign to take down monuments. The
first article is from the leftist Huffington
Post, and it relates a statement of Interior Secretary Ryan Zinke that if
Confederate monuments come down, “where does it stop?” And, finally, James Kirkpatrick, from VDare.com, examines the effort to
besmirch Columbus as an essential part of the assault on European (= white)
culture and civilization, the “racist narrative” employed by cultural Marxism
to destroy the West, to “purify” our culture, and eventually, to replace it
with the new “Marxist Man.” It is a Revolution against God and His creation.

The Hungarian government has established itself as a steadfast
opponent of George Soros and the globalist agenda at the political and social
levels, but now they have taken the battle spiritual, warning Soros is
executing a Satanic scheme to destroy Europe.
András Aradszki, Hungary's State Secretary for Energy, delivered
a speech to fellow parliamentarians titled, "The Christian duty to fight
against the Satan/Soros Plan," in which he warned of an all-out attack on
Christianity, traditional values, and the nuclear family.
"We see this with abortion,
euthanasia, same-sex marriage, and the forced politicization of gender theory,”
he said.
"We see the great European attacks against families, in
which Soros and his comrades want to destroy the independence and values of
nation states for the purpose of watering down the Christian spirit of Europe
with the forced settlement of tens of millions of migrants. But the fight
against Satan is a Christian duty. Yes,
I speak of an attack by Satan, who is also the angel of denial, because they
are denying what they are preparing to do — even when it is completely
obvious."
He
continued: "They frantically try to prove that there is no quota, there
is no compulsory settlement, and the Soros Plan does not exist."
Aradszki spoke on the power of prayer in combating the
Satanic-Islamic influence looming over Europe, and the importance of Christians
banding together to stand against it, saying, "the rosary is the
strongest weapon against evil and it is capable of changing history. George
Soros will also experience this."
He also used his address to stress the importance of a new 'national consultation,' which is essentially a questionnaire and information campaign
directed at voters to educate them on the 'Soros Plan' - specifically as it
pertains to forced 'refugee resettlement' and border controls - and also to
garner their feedback on how they would see it handled by the Hungarian
government.
The survey, which can be read in full here, goes into great detail about the collusion between Soros and
the EU in their agenda to overwhelm the native, Christian population of Europe
with primarily Islamic foreigners from Africa and the Middle East via 'refugee
resettlement' quotas imposed by Brussels, the re-opening of Hungary's recently
secured border, and the political and economic targeting of non-compliant
countries.
It also reveals elements of the scheme that have already been
implemented in countries like Germany and Sweden, such as light sentencing for
crimes committed by migrants (including rape and murder), generously opening
welfare systems to illegal immigrants, and policies of reverse integration that
force host societies to conform to the cultural and linguistic norms of
foreigners.
Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor
Orbán has stated that Soros has 'declared war on Hungary' and that in the
battle with the globalist billionaire the 'future of Europe and Christian civilization is
at stake.'

Trump’s Interior Head: If We Take Down Confederate Statues, American Indians Will Complain Next

WASHINGTON
― Interior Secretary Ryan Zinke says
that if Confederate monuments are taken down, there’s no telling how far America might
go —Native Americans could call for the
removal of statues commemorating leaders who orchestrated violence against
their ancestors.
“Where
do you start and where do you stop?” Zinke asked in an interview with Breitbart published Sunday. “It’s a slippery
slope. If you’re a native Indian, I can tell you, you’re not very happy about
the history of General Sherman or perhaps President Grant.”
William
Sherman was a Union general during the Civil War who later used the military to
force American Indian tribes to
move to reservations. He wrote in
1868 that, “the more I see of these Indians the more convinced I am that they
all have to be killed or be maintained as a species of paupers.”
Former
President Ulysses Grant covertly provoked an
illegal war with Plains Indians, as Smithsonian Magazine reported, and also
presided over the mass slaughter of the
buffalo, a culturally significant animal
that was also a major resource for many tribes.
Zinke,
who oversees the country’s national park system as head of the Interior
Department, told Breitbart that the Trump administration will not remove any
monuments from federal land, including Confederate monuments. “When you try to erase history, what happens is you also erase
how it happened and why it happened and the ability to learn from it,” Zinke
said.
But
Zinke’s remarks seem to ignore the fact that Native Americans have already been
calling for the removal of monuments that commemorate white supremacy and
historical figures who committed violence against indigenous people.

“The proper place for this history is in a museum,” Heidi Beirich, director of
the Southern Poverty Law Center’s Intelligence Project, told HuffPost.
In
Zinke’s home state of Montana, Native American lawmakers have called for the removal of a memorial to Confederate soldiers that they say stands for
“segregation, secession, and slavery.”

blasting the removal of Confederate statues, Zinke is echoing President Donald
Trump, who remarked in August, “You really do have to ask yourself, where does it stop?”
Critics
say Zinke’s latest statement about American Indians is dismissive and misses
the point of efforts to remove Confederate statues in the first place.
“He
seeks to sidestep the initial issue and casually mentions American Indian
complaints as a reason why the Confederate statues should stay,” Candessa
Tehee, former executive director of the Cherokee Heritage Center in Oklahoma,
told HuffPost. “His comparison is like saying one wrong move justifies
another.”
Zinke
is “acting as an apologist for Confederate monuments that make no effort to
present a balanced and informed view of history,” said David Hayes, the
Interior Department’s deputy secretary under President Barack Obama.
“The
National Park Service rightly prides itself in providing an accurate and
balanced view of America’s historical sites,” Hayes added, pointing to the Selma to Montgomery
National Historic Trail in Alabama and the Little Bighorn
Battlefield National Monumentin Montana.
“The National Park Service doesn’t
always get it right. But for many years, it has recognized its special
obligation to responsibly present our nation’s history,” Hayes said.
“Abdication of this responsibility with simplistic rhetoric ... is, at best,
unbecoming to the Interior Department and the National Park….”

Needless to say, this is only
the precursor to a larger action by “Refuse Fascism,” a front group of the Revolutionary Communist Party,
to try to “drive out the Trump/Pence regime” through mass action next month [Antifa’ Preps Mass Uprising To Remove ‘Fascist’ Trump, WND, October
1, 2017]. And the main target is not Christopher Columbus, nor even President
Trump—it’s the Historic American Nation itself, the European-American core
which created, defined and still sustains the United States.
Columbus Day, of course, has always been a target for
the Cultural Marxist Left, especially the more
enthusiastic Open Borders activists and anti-white Reconquista radicals. It is now standard for American universities to rename
Columbus Day as “Indigenous Peoples’ Resistance
and Resilience Day.” Of course, this raises the obvious question—what are they
resisting?
The answer is the existence of
whites on the North American continent. For example, the “San Diego State
Native American Student Alliance” said plainly: “Celebrating Columbus is a
narrative that celebrates genocide and invasion,” said SDSU NASA president
Marissa Mendoza. “Our education system has failed us in many ways, and it’s
erasing Native Americans from history books.” Mendoza said the main goal of the

Of course, the “invasion” was
the arrival of the Europeans, which is to say, the creation of the USA in the
first place. To turn Columbus Day into “Indigenous Peoples’ Day” is to redefine
America itself. Instead of America an extension of Western Civilization,
America becomes a random lump of dirt populated by “Native Americans” who
somehow are the only legitimate “owners” of the continent.
This claim is made with a
straight face even though none of the Founding Fathers would have regarded American Indians as part of the polity. Even in the generally egalitarian Declaration of Independence, the
only reference to the indigenous is to “the merciless Indian savages,
whose known rule of warfare, is undistinguished destruction of all ages, sexes,
and conditions.”
Needless to say, the standard
applied to “Native Americans” does not extend to whites in their indigenous
homeland of Europe. Nor, somehow, is the fate of the American Indians after
mass European settlement allowed to be used as an argument against immigration.
Dawn Perlmutter at Front Page Mag correctly
identifies “decolonization” as the glue which unites various Leftist movements
in a larger struggle against the legacy of European settlement.
Colonialism, often synonymous
with imperialism, is generally described as the process of European settlement
and political domination over the rest of the world. Police and military are
viewed as enforcers of the colonial oppressors. This narrative has been very
successful in enlisting anti-police movements to fight under the decolonizing
doctrine. Victims of real or imagined subjugation are ‘intersecting’ to join
the resistance in fighting capitalism and perceived American imperialism,
racism and fascism under the banner of colonization.
However, Perlmutter errs in
believing the Left’s main thrust is to “justify violence
against police and armed insurrection against the government as the abolition
of colonial power and the restoration of Indigenous sovereignty.” The goal is
to attack whites as such. When black students at American universities (who
receive preferential admissions,
special programs and financial aid because
of their race) scream “F**k yo’ flag” and
stomp on it, they are referring to how the American flag is still identified as
part of European-American heritage, not because they oppose certain aspects of
Washington’s economic policy.
It’s cliché for writers to
draft George Orwell and claim the English socialist would be horrified by a
certain policy, usually something about surveillance. But the true message of 1984 is to warn against the manipulation and weaponization of language.
The battle to redefine Columbus Day is part of a larger War on Whites which has
the goal of rendering the dispossession of Europeans worldwide as legitimate
and even praiseworthy.
Consider how certain Narratives
have already been weaponized against normal language:

“All whites are racist” because of white privilege—and, by the
way, you should physically attack racists.
·
Free speech is fine, but not “hate speech,” (and even reporting objective truths about history, statistics or
science can be construed as “hate speech”).
·
Saying “kill all whites” isn’t hate speech. You
can’t be racist against whites. Racism requires institutional power, and only
whites have that. Here, just listen to this professional anti-racism
speaker who is huge honorariums by the top universities
explain why. Sometimes he gets drunk and taunts dying
white people,
but that’s actually in defense of equality, so it’s OK.
·
Yes, the government discriminates against whites in hiring and
education and pro-white advocacy will have you permanently blacklisted from
every job in the country. But we still live in a “white supremacist society.”
Just look at how whites are still disproportionately wealthy in this country
and control so much media, cultural and economic
·
Oh wait, those “white people” are actually Jewish? Well, now
“speaking truth to power” is “anti-Semitism” and you are repeating anti-Jewish
conspiracy theories.
The Narratives are always
shifting. There is no coherent logic. Even the meanings of words can completely
change depending on who is speaking. There is no “double standard,” there is
only The Standard—whites are always evil and oppressive. Attacking them is
always justified.
And don’t kid yourself
anti-racist whites will be spared from condemnation. After all, The Root, a black news and commentary
website, said white “allies” were the “worst” white people in the country, even
worse than over white “racists” [It’s Official: White Allies Are The Worst Wypipo in the World, by Michael Harriot, August 3,
2017] (Needless to say, even though the author can’t stop complaining about how
evil white people are, he’s mad about not enough being done about
“desegregation.” Why? Wouldn’t he want to be apart from such terrible people?)
As Donald Trump predicted after
Charlottesville, the drive to remove Confederate statues expanded to the
Founding Fathers and even to Abraham Lincoln.
Currently, the National Football League is ripping itself apart over the
question of whether the National Anthem itself is offensive. Every part of the
European-American past is “offensive”
once the accomplishments of Western Man are redefined as “hate.”
And the manipulation of
language has real political consequences. The word “America” itself is
gradually becoming offensive to people like former Speaker of the House Nancy
Pelosi, as “America” is to be redefined as “a continent and
not a country” and the United States as part of Latin America.
If Columbus Day is abolished
and the campaign to rob America of its heritage is successful,
European-Americans will be deracinated, atomized, cultureless and consumerist
nonentities who only exist to be farmed as tax revenue by a government which
despises white people but depends on its wealth and
skills. The
battle over symbols, language and history will determine the realities of
political power in the future.
The “conservative movement” may
occasionally bemoan iconoclasm as an attempt to “destroy history” or oppose a
descent into lawlessness. But what is happening is far simpler and far more
ominous. “Deface Columbus Day” is part of an attempt to dispossess
European-Americans politically by delegitimizing their heritage. Following that
political dispossession, economic dispossession and physical violence is sure
to follow. White genocide is no myth.
Those who advocate it are now comfortably in openly declaring it. If
European-Americans want to survive, they need to explicitly oppose the racially
driven attack against them and their history.
