MY CORNER by Boyd Cathey
FOX NEWS Again Undercuts the President’s Defense
Friends,
The Fox News Channel proudly declares itself to be “fair and
balanced” and the only major television network that offers favorable coverage of President Trump or (its own brand of) “conservatives.” Yet, there have been
and are serious objections and reservations which must be made to this claim.
I have written about—and offered sharp criticisms of—Fox News
in the past. Several of my columns, notably from June 21, 2019 and October 15,
2019, have reported on Fox’s slide to the Left:
And there is much more evidence that has accumulated,
including Fox’s
pulling of a Trump anti-immigration ad because progressivists on Twitter
protested that it was somehow “racist.” And a stiff critique last November made
by President Trump who accused Fox News’ polling unit of highly
improper methodology and gross distortion of raw data. In turn, certain on-air Fox pundits have, largely
behind the scenes, ridiculed
the president.
The latest instance of this comes in a report offered by
Gateway Pundit and Tea Party PAC, detailing efforts of Fox News’ research staff
to discredit conservative researchers John Solomon and Victoria Toensing, and
more specifically the president’s personal attorney, Rudi Giuliani, regarding
Ukrainian corruption. The lengthy memo, authored by Fox News investigator, Bryan
S. Murphy, is titled “Ukraine,
Disinformation, & the Trump Administration,” and accuses Giuliani,
Solomon, and Toensing of “disinformation,” while essentially exculpating Hunter
Biden and his father Joe on their Ukrainian dealings.
As amply demonstrated by the recently-completed “impeachment
hearings,” many government officials surrounding the president—especially on
the National Security Council—are in fact agents of the managerial administrative
state, the Deep State. Perhaps President Trump’s biggest problem has been and
continues to be those bureaucrats, both professional AND appointed, who
surround him and offer their counsel to him. When he occasionally breaks away
from them and follows his own instincts (or campaign promises), that infuriates
them.
Those unelected advisors and sinecured experts
live in their own cocooned world; they could hardly give a damn about how or
what “middle America” thinks of them. For the “deplorables,” as these unelected
elites understand the hoi polloi, should
not have any “say” in how government—the nation and its policies—are run.
Modern “democracy” in this sense is a farce, a fierce oligarchy, composed of
leftist academics, media acolytes, Hollywood scum, bought-and-paid-for
politicians, and hedge fund billionaires (whose fortunes are built on the broken
backs of the American middle class).
America - there are your rulers!
America - there are your rulers!
And they will do anything, whatever it takes, to
preserve their perches of power and dominance: and that means if Donald Trump
(or anyone else in a position to challenge them) steps over the line, he must
be “corrected," humiliated, shamed, discredited, or, even, impeached.
And their tentacles reach far and wide—including
into the offices of Fox News.
Of course, there are those on the network who do
not always fit the mold exactly, Tucker Carlson most notably. But their number
is not great and not increasing.
I pass on the recent article reporting on the
Fox News internal memo attacking Solomon, Toensing, and Giuliani:
Here’s Why Rudy Giuliani Just Challenged This
Fox News Hack To A Debate
(Tea Party PAC- Sunday, February 9, 2020) – On Thursday night,
the Gateway Pundit reported that a leaked internal memo from Fox News obtained
by the far-left Daily Beast and Law and Crime accuses Sean Hannity, John
Solomon, and Rudy Giuliani as purveyors of “disinformation.” The lengthy,
162-page memo entitled “Ukraine, Disinformation, & the Trump
Administration,” was created by FOX News
investigator Bryan S. Murphy and slams Rudy Giuliani, investigative journalist
John Solomon and popular Fox News host, Sean Hannity. The memo also says that
Giuliani is “easily fooled” by Ukrainians.

Internal Memo Declares Rudy Giuliani Spreads ‘Disinformation’
Fox News is aware that guests and contributors spread
“disinformation" on Ukraine, according to an internal memo. The most
high-profile offender? President Donald Trump’s attorney Rudy Giuliani. But... lawandcrime.com 8:58 PM -

We’re talking about a man who has a record of 4,000 convictions
from his time as Associate US Attorney and has boldly defended the president
through the midst of the Deep State’s relentless attacks on him. Murphy is not
clear on what, exactly, the “disinformation” is, but Giuliani’s and Solomon’s
reporting includes Ukrainian documents and testimony from Ukrainian officials. After
the release of the document from Fox News, Giuliani took to Twitter to refute
the false claims made against him.
This is repeating the
Democrat lies to cover-up the Biden family making millions everywhere crooked
Biden was Point Man-Iraq-Ukraine-China. All facts are backed up by witnesses,
documents and tapes so are Solomon’s. Go to http://rudygiulianics.com and get evidence not bull. https://twitter.com/jackposobiec/status/1225601462996283392 …
He
then challenged Murphy to a public debate.
I challenge Brian Murphy to a debate on Fox
on the lies he is spreading about us. If
he needs help maybe he can bring a few others. I’ll bring Joe or Vicky or John
or all of them. Fox owes us an opportunity to respond to this attack. I can prove what
I’m saying. Can he? 10:49 PM -

Mitch
Kweit, Senior Vice President of the Brainroom sent the Gateway Pundit a
statement:
“The research division of FOX News
produces a briefing book for all major stories, which serves as a standing
collection of extensive data on major topics for internal use by all those in
editorial functions. The Ukraine briefing book is nothing more than a
comprehensive chronological account of what every person involved in the
Ukraine controversy was doing at any identifiable point in time, including
tracking media appearances of major players who appeared on FOX News and in
many other outlets. The 200 page document has thousands of data points and the
vast majority have no relation to FOX News – instead it’s now being taken out
of context and politicized to damage the network.”
As claimed by Stanford Medical, It's really the one and ONLY reason this country's women get to live 10 years more and weigh 42 pounds less than we do.
ReplyDelete(And realistically, it has absolutely NOTHING to do with genetics or some secret diet and EVERYTHING about "HOW" they are eating.)
BTW, I said "HOW", not "what"...
