MY CORNER by Boyd Cathey

Who Should We Support in the November 6, 2018 Elections?

Friends,
A number of correspondents and friends have asked about candidates—who we should support—in the upcoming November 6, 2018, elections (specifically for North Carolina). There are a number of great guides available online, including those published by such groups as: the North Carolina Values Coalition [https://www.ncvalues.org/endorsements] and  Grass Roots NC [https://www.grnc.org/defend-your-rights/press-releases].  I am a member of the North Carolina Heritage PAC, which supports candidates who favor protecting our heritage and our historic symbols, in particular, the monuments and symbols that honor our veterans, including our Confederate veterans. [www.ncheritagepac.org]   The NC Heritage PAC has now published a preliminary list of candidates (North Carolina only) that it formally supports—of course, there are others, and they will be added, hopefully soon.  But these (below) are good and solid defenders of our heritage and history. There is also information about the NC Heritage PAC, its objectives, and how you can support its efforts.

But before getting to the NC Heritage PAC list, a word about our Congressional candidates. Several of these seats are heavily contested, and should there be losses, one of the results could be Nancy Pelosi as Speaker of the US House of Representatives. Sit damnabilis! (That would be damnable!)
Here's my list of Congressional endorsements, followed by the NC Heritage PAC endorsements:
1st District ------- Roger Allison
2nd District ------ George Holding (Incumbent)
3rd District ------ Walter Jones (Incumbent)
4th District ------ No endorsement
5th District ------ Virginia Foxx (Incumbent)
6th District ------ Mark Walker (Incumbent)
7th District ------ David Rouzer (Incumbent)
8th District ------ Richard Hudson (Incumbent)
9th District ------ Mark Harris
10th District ---- Patrick McHenry (Incumbent)
11th District ---- Mark Meadows (Incumbent)
12th District ---- Paul Wright
13th District ---- Ted Budd (Incumbent)

Wondering Who To Vote For??

It's important to support candidates for statewide office in North Carolina who are brave enough to stand up for our heritage, including our Confederate memorials. Thus, we have compiled a list of candidates for your convenience.

The candidates on our list have shown a commitment to our heritage, history, and values that we cherish. Check the list and see if you are in their districts. Also note the judicial office candidates and the note to vote YES on all proposed amendments to the North Carolina Constitution.

Don't forget: You can print and take the list into the voting booth or reference!

If unsure about who you can vote for, you can find out more about your district and who is running by visiting the following links:

Help us prevent a "blue wave" on November 6 and a repeal of the Monument Protection Law by
donating and supporting candidates who will continue to stand up for North Carolina's heritage and what has made her a great state.

VOTE YES ON ALL CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENTS

We offer several options for donations.

Whether it's a one-time or recurring donation, large or small, your donation is sincerely appreciated and will be used to support North Carolina legislators and candidates across the state who are not afraid to stand up to the outside influence and false morality of "progressives" invading our state.

We simply want what you want...

In three separate statewide polls conducted since last year, a vast majority of North Carolinians continue to say they want Confederate memorials left standing as part of our state's rich history. They recognize, like us, that Confederate memorials are just the beginningALL truth and history is at risk. We want to stop that and stop the MOB RULE that is being encouraged by the left to advance their political agenda that will change the landscape of North Carolina forever.
